Let us start with an aperitif of the famous “Caipirinha” (a marvellous and unforgettable experience), a “Cachaca arrangé” (fruits infused in sugarcane rum) or a freshly squeezed fruit juice;

And then, why not continue with a delicious meal…

…like a traditional “Feijoada” (a stew of beans with beef and pork), a “Moqueca de la Bahia” (a speciality of the Bahia region slow cooked in a terra cotta casserole), prawns and/or fish prepared in coconut milk, or a piece of tender Brazilian meat…. to mention just a few examples.

In a nutshell, a varied cuisine from around the world, with a discernible Belgium touch of cooking with beer (with or without fries).
